RATIONALE

School, college, applying for jobs, is the conventional pattern becomes a habit for most people before entering to work. Among the hundreds of thousands or even millions of job seekers, eventually escaped and got the job barely more than 20%. If it be the case, where are the rest of the thousands of the other 80% to go? answer, surely idle or waiting for a call from the next application round is not clear, or course, or go back to school and college, or perhaps for a  vote frustration shortcut inappropriate content, into prostitution and acts that harm others.

Options become entrepreneurs, actually is one of the most promising alternatives to the life to come, but the reality suggests that the choice to become entrepreneur is not growing up in the community and young people.

For that entrepreneurship training for young people and even the students at the secondary level, should be done in a systematic and continuously.

According to the data and the analysis results, the desire to become an entrepreneur was quite high. BPS data in 1988 showed that university graduates are plunged into the world of entrepreneurship is only about 4% of the population are self-employed. In the next three years only increased to 6%. In contrast, the percentage of high school graduates, junior high and even elementary comparatively larger than university graduates who will choose the field of entrepreneurship. But almost no specific and systematic intervention to equip them to be knowledgeable and skilled entrepreneurs, especially interventions entrepreneurship education and training, the provision of capital and the creation of the business climate.

Furthermore, the analysis results among students, entrepreneurs tend to be just at the limit of desire. Christian Studies (2003) found that 65% of students Batak tribes have become entrepreneurial intentions.Research Joli (2004) found 39.5% of students Bali tribe says it wants to become an entrepreneur, and 35% are eager to become entrepreneurs. As for ethnic Chinese students as found Christine (2004) found that approximately 47% of mentions, want and are eager to become entrepreneurs.

While the Javanese students in 2005 based on the findings of Gerald (2005) stated that 52.4% of students stated, want and really want to be entrepreneurs.

Seeing the results of that analysis, the desire to be entrepreneurs is high, the question is why the relatively high intensity it turned out just as it wishes, not followed by entrepreneurial behavior? The answer is almost certainly true, because there are other factors that cause they just wanted without starting and action. Factor is the lack of motivation and Incubation Entrepreneurship systematic and sustained with the support of qualified training systems, accelerated and focused, the creation of the business climate and the provision of capital.

Mandate Law No. 20 of 2003 Article 26, paragraph 5 of the National Education System stated that the courses and trainings organized for people who need a stock of knowledge, skills, life skills, and attitudes for self-development, professional development, work, independent business, and / or continue

Based on the reality of the data, analysis and above statutory mandate, the Institute of Incubation and motivation Mandhala AbdiMulya , was determined to take part of the solution-above efforts by sharing experiences, knowledge and entrepreneurship skills through organizing Entrepreneurship Training and Partnership, it would make acceleration of built of the entrepreneurs are competent, honest and responsible.
